Here are some rental agreements specifically designed for spaces where the only thing more cramped than the living situation is the budget.

Section A: The Unicorn's Covenant

1. The Tenant shall maintain the space in a way that does not cause any damage to the property, nor attract unwanted visits from the neighbors.

2. The Tenant shall not use any magic that causes excessive mess or destruction.

1.1. The Tenant shall clean the space regularly, but not too regularly, to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

The Tenant is expected to clean at least once a week, but no more than once a fortnight, or else they risk being considered a "difficult" Tenant.

1.2. The Tenant is responsible for all minor repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to:

• Reinforcing the space-time continuum
• Mending any tears in the space-time continuum
• Replacing any damaged or worn-out fabric of the space
